Lusaka Contemporary Art Centre will host a screening of a feature-length documentary Lest We Forget - the Sneeze, which is on Zambia’s experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, produced by Abdon Yezi.

“At the heart of this documentary are the personal stories, lived experiences, and reflections of people who endured a pandemic that profoundly affected Zambia and the global community. Through these accounts, we revisit a defining moment in our recent history that changed lives, disrupted communities, and brought the world to a standstill.

Today, we pause, reflect and remember what once brought the world to a standstill is now more than five years behind us. Yet, the memories, lessons, and human stories of that period remain an important part of our collective history.”
